Azkena Rock Festival 2010 has added four more bands to its line-up eight days before the 3-day ticket at 75 euros offer finishes on February 10. The Hives, Imperial State Electric, Drive-By Truckers and The Saints will be performing in the Basque capital. They will share stage with Kiss, Chris Isaak, Gov''t Mule, The Damned and Airbourne, among many others.
From June 24 to 26, the Mendizabala premises in the Basque city of Vitoria-Gasteiz will host performances by The Saints (the main seminal punk rock Australian band and one of the most essential combos born there during the 70’s), The Hives (the young, energical Swedish punk rock group whose members usually dress in black and white), Drive-By Truckers (one of the most appraised North American southern roots rock bands in the Basque Country whose musicians will be displaying rage and romanticism while presenting their latest album The Big To Do), and the also Swedish Imperial State Electric, the new musical project by Nicke Royale, former guitarist an singer of Hellacopters.
Backyard Babies'' Dregen is supporting this new Royale''s group, which also counts on Dolf De Borst from The Datsuns.
